Disbursements

Third-Party Costs

Disbursements are costs we pay on your behalf to third parties. These vary depending on the property and transaction type. Typical disbursements include Landgate registration fees, title search fees, plan and diagram fees, water and council rate enquiries, strata fees, and courier costs.

We will provide an estimate of disbursements in your initial settlement statement.

Government Charges

Separate Government Charges

Government charges are separate from our fees and disbursements. These include stamp duty, Landgate transfer fees, and mortgage registration fees.

Stamp Duty

Calculated by the Office of State Revenue based on the purchase price. Use the OSR stamp duty calculator to estimate your liability.

Landgate Transfer Fee

A fixed fee charged by Landgate for registering the transfer of ownership. Current rates are available on the Landgate website.

First Home Owners Grant

You may be eligible for a grant or stamp duty concession. See Revenue WA for current eligibility criteria.
